10 years ago, I let my health slip while building my career. I was training and working long hours, eating low carb, and didn’t like what I saw in the mirror.
After losing some weight, I kept yo-yoing. The added hours of exercise and stress from dieting was taking it's toll - My injuries got worse, and my health fell apart to the point of me having to quit my job, because of knee pain, stomach ulcers, and heart palpitations.
Something had to change - I learned you need an identity shift to create sustainable change, as well as custom routines, and habit building. I needed to learn how to balance my stress and recovery, optimise my hormones, and fuel my body in the right way.
After a few years of research and experimenting, I stumbled upon a unique process that allowed me to overcome all my injuries and health issues, and completely transform my body. The best part was that I'd never had so much energy or felt so good, and it felt easy.
